Welcome to Auto Bazar Syria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Bazar Syria mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by El-Enjaz. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Auto Bazar Syria, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must verify your email address to activate your account and access all features.

3. Platform Role

Auto Bazar Syria is a marketplace platform that connects car buyers and sellers. It is important to understand that:

• We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• We do not own, inspect, verify, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform.
• We do not mediate disputes between users, though we may assist in resolving issues at our discretion.
• All transactions are conducted directly between users at their own risk.
• We do not provide warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing.

4. Listing Rules

When creating a listing on Auto Bazar Syria, you agree to:

• Only list vehicles that you legally own or are authorized to sell.
• Use real, unaltered photographs of the actual vehicle being sold.
• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, condition, mileage, and price.
• Set realistic and honest prices in the currency specified.
• Not list stolen vehicles, vehicles with undisclosed liens, or vehicles obtained through illegal means.
• Not list vehicles that lack proper documentation or registration.
• Update or remove listings promptly when a vehicle is sold or no longer available.
• Not post duplicate listings for the same vehicle.

5. User Conduct

When using Auto Bazar Syria, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content to other users.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Circumvent any security or access restrictions of the Service.

6. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed or sold through Auto Bazar Syria:

• Stolen vehicles or vehicles obtained through illegal means.
• Vehicles without proper ownership documentation or registration.
• Vehicles with undisclosed salvage titles or structural damage.
• Non-vehicle items (the platform is exclusively for car listings).
• Any items prohibited by applicable Syrian law.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Basic features of Auto Bazar Syria, including browsing listings and creating a limited number of listings, are available for free.
• Premium features, such as enhanced listing visibility and additional listing slots, require a paid subscription.
• Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment providers, including Stripe and Sham Cash.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase. All prices include applicable fees.
• Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the app settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Safety Recommendations

For your safety when conducting transactions through Auto Bazar Syria, we strongly recommend:

• Always meet in a public, well-lit location when viewing or purchasing a vehicle.
• Bring a friend or family member to vehicle viewings.
• Thoroughly inspect the vehicle and verify all documentation before making a purchase.
• Verify the seller's identity and ensure they are the legal owner of the vehicle.
• Check the vehicle's registration and any outstanding liens or legal issues.
• Use secure payment methods and obtain receipts for all transactions.
• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true.
• Report suspicious listings or users to us immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Auto Bazar Syria is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing or vehicle.
• We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users.
• We are not responsible for any vehicle's condition, history, or documentation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to other users or the platform.
• Upon termination, your listings will be removed and your access to the Service will be revoked.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and intellectual property provisions) will continue to apply.

11. Intellectual Property

• The Auto Bazar Syria application, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by El-Enjaz and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our written permission.
• User-generated content (listings, photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective users. By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
• You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit to the platform.

12. Governing Considerations

Auto Bazar Syria is designed for and operates within the Syrian market. Users are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the Service, including those related to vehicle sales, consumer protection, and electronic commerce. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service should be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or features of the Service. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or via email. Your continued use of Auto Bazar Syria after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
